This engaging group activity requires a long rope (with the ends tied together) and blindfolds for each participant.
How to Play:
Have the group sit in a circle and put on their blindfolds.
Hand them the rope and explain the challenge: without removing their blindfolds, the team must work together to form the rope into a perfect square.
Give them as much time as they need. Once the group agrees the square is complete, they can remove their blindfolds to see the result.
Optional Variations:
Restrict some participants from speaking to increase the challenge and explore non-verbal communication and leadership dynamics.
Skills and Themes Explored:
Leadership
Communication
Teamwork
Trust
This activity is ideal for corporate training sessions, youth groups, or any team looking to strengthen collaboration and problem-solving skills.
